Contracting Mechanisms

Overview

DPK Consulting worked with us to develop strategies that led to the positive results we have in Cuenca. Today, we operate under a cooporative plan, have highly qualified personnel, modern technology, functional legal and operational data processing programs, and an esthetically presentable environment. Clients can contract for DPK services through a variety of mechanisms. In addition to open competition, clients can access our services though indefinite quantity contracts (IQCs), sole source contracts, and the UNDP.
