Strengthening Administration of Justice

COLOMBIA 2005

DPK assisted Colombian judicial-sector institutions in the implementation of the new criminal procedures code that came into force in July 2004.

COLOMBIA 2004

DPK conducted a diagnostic evaluation of Colombian justice reform. The purpose of this diagnostic was to assess priority needs in the Government of Colombia's (GOC) agenda to strengthen the administration of justice in Colombia; lessons learned to date in USAID and other donors' programmatic and policy approaches to these issues; and opportunities for the international community to provide assistance that will foster improved justice administration and expand access to justice for Colombians.

COLOMBIA 1995

DPK organized a visit for representatives of the Colombian Judicial Council and the Supreme Court. The visit focused on how to develop a delay reduction program.
