Improved Business Environment Program

Morocco 2005 - 2008

DPK, as principal subcontractor to Development Alternatives, Inc. (DAI), participated in the Improved Business Environment Program (IBEP) to improve the business climate in Morocco, facilitate access to finance for small businesses, and help Morocco meet its commitments under trade agreements. DPK led reforms to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Moroccan commercial court system, and contributed to the project's extensive commercial law reform initiatives through training and targeted technical assistance.
